PRESENT INFRASTRUCTURE & TECHNOLOGY
We are manufacturing of C.I. Casting,Alloy CI and S.G. Iron Castings all grades as per National and International standards. Our company has 3600 sqyard land .
Our foundry is having one Induction Furnace panel with 550 kw capacity with 500 KGs crucible and 1 Tone Crucible, so that we can produce single piece up to 1000 kg [Net job weight]. Our present monthly production capacity is 300 Tonnage. We have No-Back Moulding System.We make our core in CO2 sand, Air set and Raising sand.
We have Suyas CE Meter and Spectrometer to ensure our grade quality which can measure the Hardness,Tensile and Chemical Reports of Liquid Metal.
